Web Design

See below for examples of websites I have designed.

Cubby Barks

This amimal welfare charity wanted a mobile friendly website that appeals to kids and young adults. The responsive web design is centered around the children's book,Cubby Barks. The charity focuses on educating childern about responsibility of pet ownership and animal rescue. Book sales proceeds are used to donate to rescue groups in need. The text is written from the point of view of Cubby, the rescued dog featured on the site. Links to Amazon, and PayPal allow opportunities to donate to the charity and buy the book.

Bykota Senior Center

The Bykota Senior Center council in Towson Maryland wanted a site the appeal to Seniors 60 and up. At the same time they wanted to be functional with the fast growing technology that uses mobile devices. This website is mobile friendly and can be used on a variety of formats in including phones, tablets and computers. Additional features include ability to chose text size. The visitor can get an idea of the multiple activities and resources at the center which is also a part of the Baltimore County Department of Aging.

I designed this website for a client who is a writer and teacher. He wanted all his writings and course material on the site. I created the pdf links to open in a new browser window. The site also includes a gallery of cartoons and a link to his Facebook page.
